In addition to the International Baccalaureate Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma Programmes, ISL Qatar is known for its exclusive mother tongue language programmes integrated into the curriculum. Over 75 nationalities are represented in the student body with over twelve mother tongue languages taught. Copies of the applicant’s and the parent or guardian’s passport and Qatari Residency Permit (QID). Copy of the applicant’s vaccination card. Evaluation fee of QAR 530 for applicants to Grade 1 and up. To be paid by credit card, cash, cheque or bank transfer. The Evaluation Fee covers administrative costs only and does not guarantee a place in the school. For Grade 3 to Grade 12: School reports for the previous two years and reports for the current year. For HS applicants: latest transcript. For Early Childhood to Grade 2: Current and previous nursery/school report if the child is attending any. The results of any and all standardized testing, including educational evaluations or other medical reports. For students with diagnosed learning support or special education needs, psycho-educational reports and IEPs (translated to English where applicable). For all Grades: Completed Teacher Reference Form. This is an electronic form that can be generated from the application. For Middle and High School students, a completed Headteacher recommendation. This is also an electronic form that can be generated from the application. Please note, the application will not be considered until all the items have been received. Parents are advised to read the Admissions Information which includes the Terms and Conditions of the school. The signature of the parent or guardian on the Application Form constitutes acceptance of all stated Terms and Conditions. Admissions Process Application is made by submitting all the documents on the checklist at which point the file will be considered for admission review and assessment. The applications which are accepted will be then placed in a waiting pool awaiting placement subject to availability. Once the applicant has been offered a place, parents will need to confirm the offer within a limited time frame by: Signing and returning the acceptance letter within 5 calendar days. Paying the non-returnable Registration Fee of QAR 2,652. Depending on acceptance date, the first term’s tuition fee may also be due.
